AMA Admin is recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant for a specialist SEMH school in Cramlington. The role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, helping students stay engaged in lessons and develop emotional regulation.
You will work closely with teaching and pastoral teams, act as a calm, positive role model, and help de-escalate challenging behaviour.
