GSL Education in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support to work across local schools. You will deliver mentoring sessions, support emotional wellbeing, and help pupils develop positive behaviours to unlock their learning potential.
You will collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to implement personalised behaviour plans, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns in line with procedures. A strong safeguarding commitment and DBS checks are essential.

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are seeking dedicated Behaviour Support to work with amazing schools in Doncaster. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about promoting positive behaviour, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping pupils overcome barriers that affect their learning. Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams, you will contribute to creating a structured and supportive environment where every pupil can succeed.
The Behaviour Support is going to build positive relationships with pupils, promotes constructive behaviour, and supports the development of the personal and social skills needed for success in school.
