Are you passionate about helping primary‑aged children develop positive behaviour and confidence in the classroom? A welcoming primary school in Sheffield S5 is seeking a caring and committed Behaviour Support professional to join their team.
As a Behaviour Support, you will work closely with class teachers and support staff to help pupils manage their behaviour, engage positively with learning and build confidence throughout the school day. You will provide one‑to‑one and small group support, encourage age‑appropriate social skills and help create a calm, structured classroom environment where children can flourish.
This inclusive primary school is dedicated to providing a nurturing learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their best. Staff work collaboratively across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to promote positive behaviour, emotional well‑being and a strong sense of belonging for all pupils.
