Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Swansea is seeking a confident and energetic Behaviour & Sports Mentor to support pupils in Years 4 and 5. This full-time, term-time-only role pays £92.63 per day and runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:15pm.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils manage emotions through sport and activity, acting as a positive role model and mentor while collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport coaching or mentoring roles.
• Ability to support pupils with emotional regulation and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Using sport and physical activity to aid emotional regulation.
• Delivering positive interventions outside the classroom when required.
• Acting as a positive role model and mentor.
• Working with teachers and pastoral staff to provide consistent support.
