Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant with a passion for sport to join a specialist setting in South Shields. You will support pupils who may struggle with behaviour, using sport to break down barriers and build relationships.
The successful candidate will be sporty, energetic and calm under pressure, with the ability to mentor pupils 1:1 and in small groups, supporting emotional regulation and participation in lessons.

Experience in sports coaching, youth work, mentoring, care, residential work, education or behaviour support would be advantageous.
