Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Behaviour Mentor for a SEMH setting in Jesmond. You will provide 1:1 mentoring, support emotional regulation, promote positive behaviour, and build trusting relationships with pupils to help them engage with lessons and succeed.

Behaviour Mentor – Jesmond (Full-Time)

Be the consistent role model who helps young people develop confidence, resilience and a positive outlook on education.

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEMH setting in Jesmond. You'll work with pupils who may face social, emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them build positive relationships and re-engage with learning.

By providing encouragement, structure and guidance, you'll support young people in developing the skills they need to succeed both in school and beyond.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
