Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in Bolton. The role involves one-to-one and small-group mentoring to support pupils with behaviour, SEMH needs, and engagement. You will work with teachers and pastoral staff to promote positive behaviour, build resilience, and improve attendance.

The position offers daily pay of £105–£110, with start ASAP. Experience in secondary schools or youth work is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in education or SEMH settings is beneficial.
• Ability to build positive relationships and maintain boundaries with pupils.
