Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils within a London school. The role is full-time and starts in September 2026, focusing on behaviour management, learning support and improving punctuality and attendance.

Ideal candidates have secondary school experience or a degree, with an interest in SEN work. Training and progression opportunities are provided by the school and Reeson Education.

Qualifications

• Experience in secondary schools or a degree-level education is ideal.
• Interest in SEN work and supporting learning and behaviour.
• Commitment to attendance, punctuality and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Promote, manage and maintain positive student behaviour.
• Patrol the school to ensure pupils are in class.
• Supervise break, lunch and after-school periods and ensure health and safety.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Act as a First Aider when required.
• Support in managing the Exclusion Room.
