Protocol Education are looking to recruit Behaviour Mentor's with experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour.
Some children struggle with social and emotional needs that can manifest in difficulties controlling their behaviour. A Behaviour Mentorworks with pupils to develop better norms of behaviour. Previous experience working with children is essential.
The ideal educator must be energetic, enthusiastic and be able to work using your own initiative. The role will be working with children on a 1:1 or group basis, across the primary age range. Over time, you will build up a supportive working relationship with pupils so that you can act as a mentor and role model, ultimately improving overall attainment.
Full time and part time positions are available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
