Protocol Education is looking to recruit Behaviour Mentors with experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour.
Some children struggle with social and emotional needs that can manifest as difficulties controlling their behaviour. A Behaviour Mentor works with pupils to develop better norms of behaviour. Previous experience working with children is essential.
The ideal educator must be energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work using their own initiative. The role involves working with children on a 1:1 or group basis across the primary age range. Over time, you will build supportive relationships with pupils to act as a mentor and role model, ultimately improving overall attainment.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, there may be an option to make this role permanent at a later date.
