We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Behaviour Mentor to join our enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a learning environment with complex but rewarding children. You will collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals, taking responsibility for learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals or groups, monitoring pupils, and recording and reporting on pupils' achievement, progress, and development. The successful candidate will adopt relevant strategies to support teaching and learning, increase achievement, and implement effective behaviour regulation strategies in line with school policies.
