Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a specialist School in Nuneaton for a Behaviour Mentor to join their team. You will support students with SEMH and help create a positive learning environment.

Initially you will work through Supply Star Recruitment on a probationary period; on successful completion a permanent contract may be offered. DBS certificate is essential, and the agency can assist in obtaining one.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a clear DBS certificate.
• Experience supporting students with SEMH is desirable.
• School-based experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with SEMH in a school setting.
• Assist with behavioural support strategies under supervision.
• Work through Supply Star Recruitment on probationary period with potential permanent contract.

Job description

Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a specialist School in Nuneaton who require a Behaviour Mentor to join their team.

You will initially be required to work through Supply Star Recruitment on a probationary period, however on successful completion of this period you will be offered a permanent contract.

The school specifically support learners with SEMH and ideally would like to appoint a Behaviour Mentor with the relevant knowledge of the need. School based experience is desired but not essential, as the school will consider applicants from similar sectors or applicants who have relevant personal experience.

You must have a clear DBS certificate to be considered for this role. If you do not have one Supply Star Recruitment can support you in obtaining one.
