The Latimer Arts College in Kettering is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our SEND team. You will support students with behavioural, social, emotional and mental health challenges to re-engage with learning and build confidence.
In this role you will deliver targeted interventions, foster positive relationships, and work within the Assess-Plan-Do-Review cycle to measure impact and inform inclusive practice across the school.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentorto join our SEND team in a vibrant mainstream secondary school. This is ahighly rewarding and impactful role, working closely with students whoexperience behavioural, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges,helping them to re-engage with learning and achieve their full potential.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role insupporting students both in and beyond the classroom. You will deliver targetedinterventions, build strong relationships and provide consistent guidance tohelp students develop positive behaviours, resilience and confidence.
You will be central to the school’s Assess Plan Do Reviewcycle, contributing to the identification of needs, implementation of supportstrategies and evaluation of impact. Your work will directly influence studentoutcomes and shape inclusive practice across the school.
