Are you looking for a role where you can support the mental health of vulnerable young and at-risk young people?
A well-respected specialist school near Guildford is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The students range between 10 and 16 years old, and face a range of SEMH needs and challenges including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. The students therefore need an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant who will be dedicated to being a consistent role model, is committed to building strong relationships, is empathetic and up for a challenge! The school is located in the beautiful Surrey Hills of Guildford and has on-site parking.
The ideal Behaviour Mentor must be open-minded, resilient, and knowledgeable about mental health. The perfect candidate will have experience with SEN children and/or adults in any setting. Graduates in Psychology, Criminology or Counselling would also be perfect for this position.

**£80-£100 per day, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4pm, PAYE, term time only
**Excellent on-site education and training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
**You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship
**Must be able to travel to Guildford and surrounding areas
