This full-time, long-term role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting young people who have been excluded from mainstream education and may display challenging behaviour related to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

£90 - £120 per day
You will support students on a one-to-one and small group basis, working closely with staff, SENCo, and external agencies to promote positive behaviour strategies and re-engage students in learning. A calm, patient, and adaptable approach is essential, along with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations and build trusting relationships.
