Here at Blue Skies Education, we are partnering with a special school that offers education provisions to CYPs (children and young people) with SEMH profiles. We are seeking a behaviour mentor who can support, mentor, and inspire these children and teenagers. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in their lives and guide them through challenging phases.
Ideally, you will have a degree in psychology, criminology, or creative arts (art, drama, music), as these areas can offer valuable support and engagement with students.
This role initially is through Blue Skies Education as an agency worker, with the potential for a permanent contract if the placement is successful for all parties.
If you are compassionate, confident, inspiring, and a skilled communicator with a genuine interest in making a difference—regardless of limited direct experience—this role is suitable for you.
Please contact us for a detailed discussion on how this role aligns with your career goals. It is especially suitable for aspiring teachers, psychologists, art psychotherapists, speech and language therapists, etc.
