Teaching Personnel Ltd is recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs in specialist schools and provisions across Crawley.

You will help students regulate emotions, build confidence and achieve success in education, with full training provided and strong career progression opportunities. Roles offer long-term potential with possible permanent contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEMH and autism.
• Able to help students regulate emotions and build confidence.
• Background in youth work, sports coaching, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEMH and behavioural needs in ongoing school-based settings.
• Help students regulate emotions, build confidence and achieve positive educational outcomes.
• Provide mentoring support and practical help with study routines and behaviour strategies.
• Participate in safeguarding processes and complete training provided by Teaching Personnel.
