Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils needing guidance with behaviour, attendance and engagement in school.

The successful candidate will work with pastoral leaders to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes, drawing on experience in education, youth work or mentoring.

Strong relationship-building, resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Working closely with pastoral leaders, the successful candidate will play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.

The position would suit candidates with previous experience in education, youth work, social care, sports coaching or mentoring.

Strong relationship-building skills, resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
