Unique School Solutions are supporting a larger secondary school in Sheffield in need of a Behaviour Manager. The role starts ASAP and entails managing behaviour across the school, on-call for removals, and overseeing the behaviour room. Term-time hours apply, with a 08:00–16:00 schedule, and a potential permanent placement after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people aged 11–16.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build rapport with young people while maintaining behaviour rules.

Responsibilities
