Unique School Solutions are supporting a larger secondary school in Sheffield who are needing a Behaviour Manager ASAP. Your role will involve managing behaviour throughout the school; being on call for classroom removals, corridor walking, and overseeing the behaviour room.

The position starts ASAP with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks if the temporary placement proves successful. A strong track record with young people and resilience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage behaviour throughout the school and be on call for classroom removals and corridor walking.
• Oversee the behaviour room and support implementation of school behaviour policies.
• Work Monday–Friday during term time with start ASAP; potential permanent role after 12 weeks.

Contract type: Temp – perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement

Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only, 08:00 – 16:00

Essential requirements for the role:

• Previous experience of working with young adults aged 11-16
• Strong behaviour management skills
• The ability to build rapport with young people whilst remaining professional and maintaining behaviour rules

• Good level of physical fitness – This is a challenging role
