Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Manager for a prominent 11–18 academy in Sheffield. The role is full-time and permanent, supporting pupils across KS3-5 and contributing to a calm, inclusive school environment.

You will work with senior leaders, deliver targeted behaviour interventions, support restorative practice, monitor attendance, and liaise with parents and external agencies to secure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in behaviour management within a secondary school setting.
• Strong collaboration with safeguarding and pastoral teams.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behaviour interventions for students requiring additional support.
• Support restorative practice and student reintegration.
• Monitor behaviour, attendance and punctuality.
• Collaborate with safeguarding, SEND, and pastoral teams.
• Liaise with parents, carers and external agencies.
• Maintain accurate behaviour records and prepare reports.
