Job summary

Unique School Solutions are supporting a larger secondary school in Sheffield in need of a Behaviour Manager. The role starts ASAP and entails managing behaviour across the school, on-call for removals, and overseeing the behaviour room. Essential Requirements For The Role

• Previous experience of working with young adults aged 11-16


• Strong behaviour management skills


• The ability to build rapport with young people whilst remaining professional and maintaining behaviour rules
