Job summary

Holmleigh Park High School in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to supervise students with additional needs, monitor and mark their work, and support teaching and learning activities. You will contribute to improving pupil progress and promoting positive behaviour across the school day.

You will help maintain a disruption-free learning environment and assist staff with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of lessons.

At Holmleigh Park High School, we believe that continuity in learning is essential to pupil success. We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and play an important role in supporting teaching and learning for children working in our Behaviour Department.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a positive impact in a school environment. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will supervise students with additional needs, monitoring and marking their work.

You will play an important role in supporting pupils' progress, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
