Abbeyfield School in Nottingham is seeking a confident Behaviour Manager to support students and drive restorative practice across the campus. You will be a visible presence, promote high expectations, and work to rebuild relationships through constructive dialogue.

As the Behaviour Manager at Abbeyfield School, you will be a confident, resilient and highly visible presence who is passionate about helping young people succeed. You will have experience of supporting students to reflect on their choices, using restorative practice to rebuild relationships and promote positive behaviour. With strong listening, de-escalation and communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure while maintaining high expectations for every student.
