Job summary

Abbeyfield School, part of Creative Education Trust in England, is seeking a Behaviour Manager to support students and promote positive behaviour. You will use restorative approaches, reflect on choices with learners, and work across pastoral, safeguarding, SEND and wider student support services to remove barriers to learning.

  • Collaborate with pastoral, safeguarding, SEND and wider student support services to remove barriers to learning.
  • Provide a confident, visible leadership presence to support staff and students in promoting wellbeing and high standards.

You will have experience of supporting students to reflect on their choices, using restorative practice to rebuild relationships and promote positive behaviour. With strong listening, de-escalation and communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure while maintaining high expectations for every student.
