You will oversee day-to-day behaviour, reward systems and student welfare for Years 7 to 11, working with the Assistant Principal to drive high standards of pastoral care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading behaviour management across Years 7–11.
• Oversee student support and welfare.
• Line-manage staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee exclusion reintegration following DFE guidance.
• Coordinate welfare and pastoral work day-to-day.
• Support bus prefect system ensuring safe travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional management of the school's behaviour, consequences and rewards for Years 7–11.
• Oversee Student Support and welfare in years 7–11 in collaboration with leadership.
• Line-manage and support staff including annual performance reviews.
• Oversee exclusion reintegration in line with DFE guidance.
• Lead pastoral work and resolve individual welfare issues.
