The Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College in Wroughton is seeking an experienced Behaviour Lead to ensure high quality pastoral care and effective behaviour management across Years 7–11. Qualifications

• Experience in managing school behaviour and rewards systems.
• Strong pastoral care approach for Years 7–11.
• Ability to support and mentor teaching staff and SEND team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional management of day-to-day behaviour, consequences and rewards for students years 7–11.
• Oversee Student Support for years 7–11 in collaboration with the Assistant Principal.
• Lead and line-manage the Student Support Team and exclusions/integration processes.
• Coordinate pastoral welfare matters and resolutions for student issues.
• Oversee the bus prefect system to ensure safe travel for all students.
