The ideal candidate will conduct active patrols, manage challenging behaviour, deliver targeted interventions, and apply restorative justice. Collaboration with SENCO and SLT is essential to support staff and create a positive learning environment.

Qualificações

• Restorative justice practices
• Trauma-informed approaches to de-escalate incidents
• Strong understanding of root causes of disengagement and challenging behaviour in secondary-aged pupils
• Ability to deliver targeted one-to-one or small-group interventions and keep records

Responsabilidades

• Conduct active patrols and be present before school,: break, lunch and after school to uphold high standards of behaviour
• Manage challenging behaviour and implement restorative practices
• Run targeted interventions for pupils with behavioural needs
• Keep accurate records of incidents and sanctions; support classroom management
• Collaborate with SENCO and SLT to support staff and teaching
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability and strong communication under pressure
