You will support the consistent implementation of the school's behaviour policy, work directly with students to improve behaviour and engagement, and work with parents to reinforce guidance and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Identify patterns and trends to inform effective interventions.
• Collaborate with parents and carers to reinforce guidance and boundaries.
• Assist with the operation of the Reset Room and safeguarding procedures.
