About the Role:

• Support the school's behaviour systems by responding to incidents, promoting positive conduct, and helping maintain a calm and safe learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with students, providing guidance, encouragement, and support to help them engage successfully in school life.
• Work closely with pastoral, safeguarding, SEND, and teaching staff to identify concerns, support interventions, and promote positive outcomes for students.
• Be a visible presence around the school, supporting students during lessons, transitions, breaktimes, and other key points of the school day.
