Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a SEN Behaviour & Learning Mentor to support partner SEN schools across Bracknell and surrounding Berkshire. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, implement behaviour strategies, and work with teachers to support individual learning plans.

This role suits graduates, youth workers, or education professionals seeking a rewarding career in specialist settings. The position offers flexible full-time and part-time options, fast-track registration, and ongoing

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children or young people in education, SEN, youth work, coaching, care, or mentoring.
  • Genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
  • Positive, patient, and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and additional needs.

SEN Behaviour & Learning Mentor – September 2026

Bracknell, Berkshire

Milk Education is excited to be recruiting for a SEN Behaviour & Learning Mentor to support our partner SEN schools across Br. As a Behaviour & Learning Mentor, you’ll play a key role in helping students overcome behavioural challenges, engage positively with learning, and build confidence both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
