Job summary

Milk Education is seeking Learning & Behaviour Mentor Support staff to work with pupils in a Bracknell SEN setting. The role runs full-time during term time, with hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Start asap or in September, with a competitive daily rate. You will support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other needs, 1:1 or in small groups, promoting communication and confidence while collaborating with teachers and SEND professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or vulnerable young people preferred but not essential.
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach is highly valuable.
• Genuine passion for SEND and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Helping students regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively.

This welcoming, specialist provision caters for pupils with Autism (ASD), complex learning needs, sensory needs, speech & language difficulties, SEMH needs, and behaviour that may at times be dysregulated.
