Job summary

Adelaide School, Crewe, seeks an Intervention Manager who will lead planning, implementation and evaluation of intervention programmes to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.

Working with leaders, staff, families and external agencies, the postholder will use assessment, progress monitoring and data analysis to target needs, promote inclusive practice and safeguard wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Ability to lead planning, implementation and evaluation of interventions.
• Strong communication with school staff, families and external agencies.

Responsibilities
