Job summary

Flat Iron is expanding its Beef Team and seeking a Beef Co-ordinator to ensure beef moves smoothly from supplier to restaurant. You’ll work with the Beef Lead, restaurants, suppliers, and Finance to manage volumes, allocations and data-driven planning.

You’ll need a sharp eye for detail, strong organisation, and the ability to own projects end‑to‑end, with solid Excel skills and clear communication to keep teams aligned as plans evolve.

Qualifications

• Excellent eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Enjoy working with data and Excel familiarity.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Support beef volumes and allocations across partner butchers and restaurants.
• Track beef credits, shortages, substitutions, and forecasts.
• Pull data to support forecasting and planning; maintain supplier pricing and changes.
• Assist with product setup and new restaurant opening schedules in systems.
• Contribute to procurement processes as you grow in the role.
