Job summary

Flat Iron - Beef HQ is seeking a Beef Co‑Ordinateur to join our Beef Team and help keep the steaks flowing into our restaurants. This fast-paced role suits someone who loves being organised, getting into the detail and taking ownership, working with our Beef Lead, restaurant teams, suppliers, Supply Chain and Finance.

You’ll support beef volumes and allocations, track pricing and credits, manage product setup and new restaurant openings, and pull data to support forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support Beef Lead with volumes and allocations to ensure correct supplier deliveries.
• Be the go-to for restaurant queries on steak quality, returns, credits, shortages and substitutions.
• Keep stakeholders informed about steak volumes, forecasts and updates for restaurant teams.
• Track credits across the beef supply chain and ensure no items are missed.
• Pull data to support forecasting and planning.
• Maintain supplier information, pricing, and changes up to date.
• Manage product setup and new restaurant opening schedules in systems.
• Assist in procurement tasks and process improvements as you grow.
