Flat Iron in London is seeking a Financial Controller to join its Beef HQ team and lead the finance function, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will steer a five-person team, own period-end close, and ensure robust financial controls across our multi-site operation.

As the business grows, you’ll drive improvements to processes, automate reporting where possible, and partner with restaurant teams to support openings and continued expansion.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
• Experience in multi-site hospitality, leisure or retail preferred.

• Partner with teams across Beef HQ to support new restaurant openings.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Financial Controller to join our Beef HQ team and help shape the future of our finance function. Reporting to our Head of Finance, you'll lead a team of five, take ownership of our financial reporting and controls, and drive improvements to make our finance processes more efficient as we grow.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years' post-qualification experience.

• Experience in multi-site hospitality, leisure or retail preferred.
• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong financial controls, management accounting and Excel skills.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for improving processes.
