GAUCHO Broadgate is seeking an experienced Griller to join our fresh-food kitchen. You will work under pressure, manage a small team, and ensure beef is prepared to our brand standards. The successful candidate will bring passion for food and strong leadership to a busy kitchen in a renowned restaurant.

You will be responsible for daily prep, cooking steaks to a high standard, and collaborating with other sections to ensure timely service while maintaining quality and portion control.

Formación

• Experience working in a busy, high pressure kitchen environment.
• Genuine passion for working with fresh food.
• Experience managing a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate strong operational and leadership skills.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties are carried out as instructed by senior chefs.
• Help maintain maximum yield in the kitchen in relation to gross profit and wastage.
• Prepare the beef ready for service.
• Cook the steaks during service to a high standard and liaise with other sections for timely service.
