Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a permanent Butchery Supply Chain Administrator to support the Butchery Supply Chain team. You will handle day-to-day admin, manage information across systems, and produce reports for internal customers.

The role involves coordinating with Branches, Distribution Centres and commercial teams, while delivering accurate data and responsive service in a busy supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using MS Excel and Word to manage data and reporting.
• Ability to work across multiple business systems and teams.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Butchery Supply Chain team.
• Processing and maintaining information across supply chain systems.
• Supporting Branches and Distribution Centres with queries and requests.
• Managing supply chain and branch order administration activities.
• Producing, distributing and maintaining business reports.
• Handling customer and stakeholder queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and supply chain documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Supply Chain, Distribution, Commercial and IS teams.
