Job summary

Dunbia Group is seeking skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers for Treburley, near Launceston in Cornwall. You will de-bone and trim beef carcasses to customer specs while maximizing meat yield.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 5.45am to 2.15pm. Base rate £12.71 per hour with potential to reach £15.50 per hour through throughput bonuses based on attendance and performance. No sponsorship available for overseas applicants.

Qualifications

• Boning and trimming beef to customer specs.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Maintain yields and quality standards.
• Experience in boning or trimming meat.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Demonstrate good knife skills.
• Communicate well and work as a team.
• Own initiative while supporting customer service goals.
