Job summary

Dunbia Group is seeking skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers for Treburley, near Launceston in Cornwall. You will de-bone and trim beef carcasses to customer specs while maximizing meat yield.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 5.45am to 2.15pm. Base rate £12.71 per hour with potential to reach £15.50 per hour through throughput bonuses based on attendance and performance. No sponsorship available for overseas applicants.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers to join our team at Treburley near Launceston in Cornwall. The successful candidates will be required to undertake de-boning and trimming of beef carcasses to customer specification whilst ensuring maximum meat yield is achieved.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm. As a trimmer you will receive a base rate of £12.71 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £15.50 p/h.
