Job summary

Dunbia Group in Treburley, near Launceston in Cornwall, is seeking skilled butchers, deboners and trimmers to join our team. You will debone and trim beef carcasses to customer specs while maximizing meat yield and maintaining quality standards.

The role runs Monday to Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm with a base rate of £12.71 per hour, plus a throughput bonus that can lift the rate to £15.50 per hour for good attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of boning or trimming meat.
• Previous experience of working in the food industry.
• Be able to demonstrate good knife skills.
• Possess good communication and team working skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service.

We are looking for skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers to join our team at Treburley near Launceston in Cornwall. The successful candidates will be required to undertake de-boning and trimming of beef carcasses to customer specification whilst ensuring maximum meat yield is achieved.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm. As a trimmer you will receive a base rate of £12.71 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £15.50 p/h.
