Teamwork Partnership Ltd. is seeking Experienced Butchers to join our UK-based beef supply team in a modern facility. You will de-bone and trim beef, learn all carcass cuts, and ensure strict health and safety and quality standards while supporting a dedicated team.

We offer full-time permanent roles with regular day shifts, weekday schedules, and opportunities for training and progression within a growing operation. Training provided and on-site parking available.

Qualifikationen

• Must have knife handling skills or be willing to learn with hands-on training.
• Desirable: advanced trimming and deboning techniques.
• Desirable: experience with animal carcasses and food manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality control.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Aufgaben

• Accurately de-bone and trim beef products in line with customer and company specifications, optimising yield and reducing waste.
• Break down beef cuts to meet specific order requirements with precision and consistency.
• Develop thorough knowledge of all beef carcass cuts to support efficient processing.
• Comply with all company policies including health, safety and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain standards for quality, health & safety, animal welfare, hygiene and product labelling.
