Qualifications
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
- Experience with Laser Hair Removal is desirable but not essential.
- Team player who works collaboratively.
- Positive and friendly attitude with clients.
- Attention to detail with client records.
- Excellent standards with regards to client experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality treatments for clients in line with clinic guidelines.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess needs and set expectations.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance client experience.
- Work with sales targets and drive add-on services.
- Keep client records up to date pre- and post-treatment.
- Maintain and clean all treatment machines.

Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them
Has the ability to work with sales targets
Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment
Maintenance and cleaning of all machines
Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)
Team Player who works collaboratively
A positive and friendly attitude with your clients
Attention to detail when dealing with client's records
Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
