Job summary

Thérapie Clinic in London Bishopsgate is seeking a Beauty Therapist to deliver high‑quality aesthetic treatments and consult with clients to tailor care. You will be supported to upskill across advanced skin, body, and laser hair removal treatments with ongoing training from our Talent Development Team.

We value teamwork, a friendly client focus, and the ability to work toward sales targets while maintaining excellent treatment records.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal is desirable but not required.
• Team player with a client‑facing mindset.
• Attention to client experience and records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality beauty treatments per clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and set expectations.
• Promote additional services and products to clients.
• Meet sales targets where applicable.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records pre/post‑treatments.
• Ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of all machines.

As a Beauty Therapist at Therapie Clinic, you will be allowed to upskill across advanced skin, body, and laser hair removal treatments delivering the best in Client Satisfaction. Requirements

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them
• Ability to work with sales targets
• Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatments
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications And Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)
• Team Player who works collaboratively
• A positive and friendly attitude with your clients
• Attention to detail when dealing with client’s records
• Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
