The Thérapie Clinic Bath Clinic is hiring a Beauty Therapist to deliver advanced skin, body and laser treatments, with a strong focus on client care and sales targets. The role offers uninterrupted training, development and extensive perks, including uncapped earnings and generous staff discounts.

You will provide high-quality treatments, conduct thorough consultations, and tailor services to client needs while keeping precise records and ensuring equipment is well maintained.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal is desirable but not required.
• Collaborative team player with a client-focused approach.
• A positive, friendly attitude and great records management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments per clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations and set realistic expectations.
• Promote additional services and products to clients.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Keep client records up to date pre- and post-treatment.
• Maintain and clean all machines and equipment.

Requirements

Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines

Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments

Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them

Has the ability to work with sales targets

Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment

Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications and Skills

Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required

Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)

Team Player who works collaboratively

A positive and friendly attitude with your clients

Attention to detail when dealing with client's records

Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience INDHP
