Job summary

Thérapie Clinic in Derry is seeking a Beauty Therapist to deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments, with training in skin, body, and laser services. You will build client relationships, meet treatment targets, and participate in continuous training and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above is required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal is desirable but not essential.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments in line with clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations and set realistic expectations.
• Promote additional services and products to clients.
• Work with sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records pre- and post-treatment.
• Ensure maintenance and cleaning of all machines.

Requirements

Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines

Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments

Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them

Has the ability to work with sales targets

Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment

Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications and Skills

Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required

Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)

Team Player who works collaboratively

A positive and friendly attitude with your clients

Attention to detail when dealing with client's records

Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
