Job summary

The Thérapie Clinic in St Albans is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our team. You will deliver advanced skin, body and laser treatments, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality treatments in line with clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and set expectations.
• Promote additional services and tailor treatments to client needs.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date client records pre- and post-treatment.
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments to clients per guidelines.

• Keep devices and equipment clean and calibrated.

Requirements

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
• Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them
• Has the ability to work with sales targets
• Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)
• Team Player who works collaboratively
• A positive and friendly attitude with your clients
• Attention to detail when dealing with client's records
• Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience
