ghd is seeking a commercially astute Beauty Advisor to join our team at H Beauty Silverburn Glasgow. You’ll deliver exceptional service, build client relationships and drive sales through engaging experiences, with KPIs guiding performance.

This 32-hour-per-week role requires at least 1 year in sales or retail, a passion for beauty, and weekend availability. We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, ongoing training, private medical, and a vibrant team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or retail.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas and spotting opportunities
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
• Passion for beauty, spa, or wellness; experience in these industries preferred
• Weekend work availability

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Greet and assist customers with a personalised experience.
