Job summary

ghd is seeking a Beauty Advisor for our Glasgow in-store team. You’ll deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships while representing a premium beauty brand at H Beauty Silverburn Glasgow.

You will greet customers, provide tailored consultations, demonstrate products, and promote events and promotions. Weekend availability is required as part of a dynamic, target-driven role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or retail.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas and a flair for spotting opportunities
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
• Passion for beauty, spa, or wellness (preferred but not essential)
• Must be able to work weekends

• Hit and exceed individual and counter sales goals and KPIs.
• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a personalised and welcoming experience.
• Build authentic relationships in-store to foster loyalty and repeat business.

• Deliver tailored consultations and product demonstrations.
