ghd is seeking a commercially astute Beauty Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and driving sales through engaging experiences. This role emphasises KPI-driven performance and a customer-first mindset.

The position is 13 hours per week, with an opportunity to grow within a premium beauty brand known for luxury styling tools. Weekend availability is required and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or retail.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas and a flair for spotting opportunities.
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
• Passion for beauty, spa, or wellness (experience preferred).
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, delivering a welcoming experience.
• Build authentic relationships in-store to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Promote events, offers, and brand activations.
• Create buzz through engaging in-store experiences and demonstrations.
